The whole experience felt personal, friendly and 'hassle free'! This made a change from many of the other dealerships we had encountered in our quest for the right car. Steve was always quick to respond to phone messages and completely helpful. He established a sense of trust and reliability from the first enquiry and this was borne out right up until the handover of the vehicle.

The only downside it the lack of customer parking. It was nice to go into a "male" environment and not feel pressured or "stupid" asking multiple questions and feeling that I could ask anything, even if it was to re-confirm or have it explained again. Dave Brooker was very patient and helpful at every turn and made the process of buying a car much smoother. I was offered various "after care" polices but was not pressured at any time into buying them, which makes a refreshing change from Sales people in other business sectors.
